BOWLING GREEN — A Perrysburg man pleaded guilty Friday to two counts of illegal voting for casting ballots in Ohio and Arizona in the 2012 general election.

William J. Chenevert, 61, of 620 Ashbury Drive is to be sentenced Sept. 5 by Wood County Common Pleas Judge Alan Mayberry. The charges are fourth-degree felonies punishable by up to 18 months in prison.

As part of a plea agreement, two counts of tampering with records are to be dismissed. Prosecutors said Chenevert voted by absentee ballot from his address in Perrysburg and an address in Tucson.
