An inmate at the Lucas County jail who allegedly assaulted another inmate in October was found incompetent to stand trial Wednesday.

Archie Fobbs II, 25, of 30 W. Weber St. was ordered to be committed to the Northwest Ohio Psychiatric Hospital in an attempt to restore him to competency. He is charged with felonious assault for allegedly punching and stomping Austin Johnson, 21, on Oct. 12.

Lucas County Common Pleas Judge Myron Duhart scheduled a hearing for July 29, 2015, to see if Fobbs is able at that time to understand the charges against him and assist in his defense.
