Wood Co. trial Oct. 29 for heroin-linked death

BOWLING GREEN — An Oct. 29 jury trial has been set for a Bowling Green woman charged with involuntary manslaughter for allegedly selling heroin that led to a man’s death.

Tricia Miller, 29, is to appear in Wood County Common Pleas Court for a case that stems from the March 1 death of Daniel Patton, Jr., 30, of Bowling Green.

Ms. Miller entered a plea of not guilty in June. A pretrial hearing is set for Oct. 3.
