Ex-Seneca Co. director faces theft arraignment
8/28/2014TIFFIN — A former executive director of the Seneca County Agency Transportation will be arraigned next month in Seneca County Common Pleas Court on a count of theft.
Susan Phillips, 63, of Tiffin was indicted on the fifth-degree felony last week and is to be arraigned Sept. 2.
The indictment states that from about Dec. 11, 2013, to Jan. 3 she took more than $1,000 from the agency that provides public transportation.
The crime carries a sentence of between six and 12 months and/or an up to $2,500 fine.
