Sylvania library hosts forum on heroin epidemic
7/10/2017Sylvania Branch of the Toledo Lucas County Public Library on Wednesday will host an information session about the heroin epidemic and available resources.
The presentation, put on in partnership with Harbor Behavioral Health, the Mental Health and Recovery Services Board of Lucas County, is 7 p.m. at the library, 6749 Monroe St., Sylvania.
