Coroner’s rulings

The Lucas county Coroner has ruled in the following deaths:

Julie Baldwin, 61, of Toledo, Sept. 2, in 1000 block of Paxton. Accidental, combined drug toxicity (heroin and cyclobenzaprine).

Wade Cousino, 54, of Toledo, Sept. 8, at home. Accidental, cocaine, ethanol, and fentanyl toxicity.

Andrew Eklund, 62, of Toledo, Oct. 2, at home. Accidental, combined drug toxicity (cyclobenzaprine and oxycodone).

Robin Hagler, 54, of Toledo, Aug. 12, at University of Toledo Medical Center. Accidental, Anoxic encephalopathy because of probable combined drug toxicity (cocaine and opiate).

Joshua Martin, 32, of Martin, Ohio, Sept. 13, at home. Accidental, fentanyl toxicity.

Katreena McKee, 43, of Maumee, Nov. 2, at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. Accidental, complications of paraplegia; deceased was injured by tornado in 1999.

Arnecya Moore, 29, of Toledo, Oct. 12, at home. Accidental, combined drug toxicity (principally fentanyl).

William Thomas, 30, of Marion, Ohio, Sept. 28, at University of Toledo Medical Center. Suicide, anoxic encephalopathy; deceased hanged himself.

Andrea Thomas, 33, of Toledo, Oct. 14, at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, combined drug toxicity (amitriptyline, quetiapine, and venlafaxine). 

Lance Warnke, 28, of Toledo, Sept. 12, in 2900 block of Navarre, Oregon. Suicide, gunshot wound to head.

Jimmie Yoder, 72, of Fostoria, Ohio, Oct. 9., no place of death listed. Accidental, multiple blunt force injuries suffered from vehicle accident.

Matthew Pegish, 31, of Toledo, Sept. 21, at home. Accidental, combined drug toxicity (fentanyl and others).

Nicholas Rothenbuhler, 20, of Perrysburg, Sept. 24, in 1800 block of Miami. Accidental, combined drug toxicity (carfentanil and others).

Lawrence Schroth, 56, of Tiffin, Ohio, Nov. 24, at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center.  Accidental, blunt force trauma to head.
