Sandra Bartley-Fields, 69, of Port Clinton, Ohio, May 21, at University of Toledo Medical Center. Accidental, complications of blunt force trauma to head; deceased fell at home.

Phyllis Goodson, 70, of Lima, Ohio, June 2, at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, complications of multiple blunt force trauma to torso and extremities sustained from vehicle accident.

Jamier Hill-Hernandez, 5 months, of Fostoria, Ohio, May 29, at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. Accidental, complications of maternal drug abuse (oxycodone and cocaine). 

James Judkins, 37, of Toledo, March 28, in 4300 block of Airport. Suicide, self inflicted gunshot wound to head.

Sherrill McMurtry, 63, of Williston, Ohio, June 17, at Mercy Health St. Charles Hospital. Accidental, complications of a fracture femur; deceased fell in care facility.
