Toledo police are seeking information through the Crime Stopper program on the whereabouts of a man accused of taking money for construction jobs and not doing the work.

Donald Clifton, Jr., 30, has numerous arrest warrants, including several for larceny, investigators said.

This week, a 72-year-old neighbor accused of him of taking nearly $1,000 for roof repairs and not performing the work.

The suspect is described as white, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 165 pounds, brown hair that is balding, and green eyes. He has had prior addresses on Elmhurst Road, Lisa Lane, and 302nd Street, police said.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Crime Stopper program. Callers may remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward.
