Toledo police investigate weekend shooting, stabbing

    • One person was shot by an unknown suspect early Sunday morning, according to Toledo police records.

    Officers responded to the intersection of Auburn Avenue and Monroe Street, records stated. 

    Police also responded to a stabbing on North Erie Street just before 11 p.m. Saturday, records stated. One victim was treated at Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center.

    No other details were available Sunday night.
