Three Toledo men were treated at Toledo Hospital today after they walked into the care facility seeking treatment for gunshot wounds.

Marcus Patton, and Richard Quinn, both 21, and Keith Hamilton, 23, told police that they were driving in a vehicle along Detroit Avenue near Buckingham Street, when they were shot at by someone driving by in another vehicle, said Toledo Sergeant William Wauford.

Police Sgt. Joe Heffernan said the victims sought treatment at the hospital just after 4:30 p.m.

A Toledo Hospital spokesman was not available late today, but Sergeant Wauford said none of the men's injuries appeared to be life threatening.

There have been no arrests and a motive has not been established, the sergeant said.
