Northwood police seek information on robber
12/31/2017Northwood police are seeking the public’s help to identify an armed robber.
Police received a call at 11:19 p.m. Saturday regarding the incident at an Ameristop carryout, 395 E. Andrus Rd. A witness told police a man threatened her with a knife and made off with an undisclosed amount of money.
Police are looking for a Hispanic man described as in his early 30s, about 5 feet, 4 inches to 5 feet, 6 inches tall, and 140 to 160 pounds. He was wearing a gray hoodie, blue jeans, a dark brown Carhartt-type jacket, and a gray watch cap with black stripe.
He fled north on foot on Tracy Road toward Toledo. Anyone with information is asked to call Northwood police at 419-691-5053.
