Group backs Ohio water quality funds
An agriculture-led coalition on Thursday backed the idea of borrowing $100 million a year and creating a private-public trust fund to invest in efforts to improve water quality in Ohio. The Healthy Water Ohio coalition consists of representatives of agriculture, higher education, the fertilizer industry, local governments, conservation, and heavy water-using industries.
