Toledo Mayor: Project labor proposal will change
Mayor Paula Hicks-Hudson apologized to Toledo City Council on Thursday for trying to push through proposed ordinance that would apply to all construction contracts, $100,000 or greater, supported by the city, and require negotiating project labor agreements with the Northwest Ohio Building and Construction Trades Council, a cooperative of unions.
