METAMORA, Ohio -- The westbound lanes of U.S. 20 in Fulton County‘s Amboy Township remained closed as of 7:40 a.m. after a tractor-trailer crashed today.
Highway Patrol troopers were called out to the crash at 3:43 a.m. after the tractor trailer, driven by Corey Hentschel, crashed. Troopers said the rig was westbound on U.S. 20, just west of Fulton-Lucas Road, and went off the roadway, through a guardrail, and into a ditch where it struck a culvert. Mr. Hentschel, of South Haven, Mich., was taken to Flower Hospital for minor injuries.
It was not known how long the roadway would remain closed.
