    • A billboard is put up at the corner of Manhattan Boulevard and Lagrange Street to remember Sebastian Guerrero III, who was killed on February 28th last year on his 21st birthday while changing a tire on the expressway, Wednesday February 28, 2018 in Toledo, Ohio. The billboard will remember Mr. Guerrero who served in the military but also give notice of an annual scholarship fund in his name. Family members also released balloons at Mount Carmel Cemetery in celebration of his birthday and memory. Use the arrows to scroll through the above photo gallery.
