Library, Harbor team up for opioid education programs

Toledo Lucas County Public Library and Harbor Behavioral Health are hosting a series of monthly programs regarding opioids.

The series, “Fighting Heroin: The Heroin/Opioid Epidemic,” will provide education about the ongoing problem and treatment opportunities.

Sessions take place at the following times and library branches: 10 a.m. on Aug. 31 at Holland, and 6 p.m. Sept. 25 at West Toledo, Sept. 27 at King Road, Oct. 24 at Sanger, Nov. 8 at Oregon, and Nov. 28 at Sylvania.
