Mud Hens get 6-4 victory over Red Sox

The Mud Hens claimed a 6-4 victory over Pawtucket at Fifth Third Field today, Toledo's third consecutive win.

Toledo scored four times in the fourth inning, sending 10 batters to the plate and taking advantage of five walks in the inning. Argenis Diaz had a two run single, one came home on a bases-loaded walk and one scoring on an error. The Hens also scored twice in the sixth thanks to a pair of Red Sox errors and a run-scoring double by Eric Patterson.

Pawtucket's Mauro Gomez hit a two-run homer in the fifth and added an RBI single in the seventh.
