Nifty move late helps VanDoom pass Wimmer for win at Toledo Speedway

With a nifty move on the 141st lap, Johnny VanDoorn overtook Chris Wimmer to win the 7Up 150 tonight in the season opener at Toledo Speedway.

VanDoorn edged Wimmer, who led for the bulk of the first half of the race, by 0.502 seconds to win the race title. VanDoorn and Wimmer traded the lead three times in the race's last 12 laps.

Skylar Holzhausen finished third, ahead of Nathan Haseleu and Bubba Pollard.
