Mud Hens beat Syracuse

The Mud Hens got two home runs from Jordan Lennerton in a 4-3 win over Syracuse at Fifth Third Field today.

Lennerton hit a solo shot off the left-field scoreboard in the first inning and a two-run homer to center in the fifth to give him seven home runs this season.

Jose Alvarez gave up seven hits and three runs in 6.2 innings to earn the win, with Brayan Villarreal and Bruce Rondon retiring the last seven hitters to nail down the victory.
