Bowsher improves to 2-0 with 22-20 win over Springfield

Bowsher improved to 2-0 after upending Springfield 22-20 today at the Rebels home field.

Bowsher earned the victory by overcoming a halftime deficit for the second week in a row.

Rebel running back Mark Washington led the way, scoring on touchdown runs of two and three yards. Steve Johnson also scored on a two-yard carry for Bowsher (2-0).

Springfield's Scott Seymour threw a four-yard touchdown pass to A.J. Harrison and scored on a 46-yard keeper. Connor Crayne returned an interception 87 yards for the Blue Devils (1-1).
