Blue Streaks, Patriots win big

Archbold 85, Swanton 35

ARCHBOLD — The Blue Streaks accumulated 449 yards on offense, including 307 yards passing with four touchdowns Friday night in a Northwest Ohio Athletic League game.

Archbold (4-1, 2-1 NWOAL) ran ahead 21-0 after the first quarter and rolled.

Evan Wyse ran for two scores while passing 19 for 22 for 282 yards. Seth Mayer led Archbold with 72 rushing yards and two TDs.

Levi Wyse caught four passes for 100 yards and a score, while Jase Grosjean caught seven passes for 75 yards and two TDs.

The Bulldogs (1-4, 1-3) were led by Bryce McComb with 196 passing yards and a score while Tom Bryant and Matt Rainey each ran for two scores a piece.

Patrick Henry 50, Evergreen 6

HAMLER — Tobey Hernandez ran for 172 yards and five touchdowns 19 attempts to pace the balanced Patriots (4-1, 4-0).

Derrick Kolpein completed 14 of 19 passes for 266 yards and two TDs — a 15-yard pass to Derek Hoops and an 84-yard pass for Zach Nye, who finished with four catches for 101 yards. Donnie Johnson also scored a touchdowns.

Stonie-Sutton Dewitt scored for Evergreen (0-5, 0-4).
