The $5 million renovation of the University of Toledo’s Larimer Athletic Complex is near completion.

No one is more excited to see upgrades of the facility designated for the Rockets football program than UT head football coach Matt Campbell.

“It supports the vision of who we are,” Campbell said. “I think it also supports the vision of our university and their support of athletics and the student athletes and certainly giving our kids the best opportunity to be successful.”

Upgrades on the complex located at the north end of the Glass Bowl include a renovated locker room with new lockers, a weight room nearly three times as large as the old workout facility and a larger and more modern academic center for the players to utilize.
