Mud Hens lose 2-1 to IronPigs
8/8/2014The Mud Hens suffered a 2-1 loss to Lehigh Valley at Fifth Third Field tonight.
The two teams played scoreless baseball until the eighth, when the IronPigs got a two-run double by Freddy Galvis off newcomer Jim Johnson.
Toledo got one run back in the bottom of the eighth thanks to an RBI single by Daniel Fields, but the Hens were 1-for-14 with runners in scoring position and left 12 runners on base to lose for the second night in a row.
