Ms. Lucidon worked for the Barack Obama administration from 2013 until President Obama left office. Her primary responsibility was to photograph former First Lady Michelle Obama, and her book, Chasing Light: Michelle Obama Through the Lens of a White House Photographer, is being featured as part of a Black History Month special event at the library. The venue will also host an exhibition of her work throughout the month of February.

Those who previously RSVPed for the free event are asked to resubmit a reservation for the new date. The event will begin at 7 p.m. Feb. 28 in the McMaster Center of the Toledo-Lucas County Main Library, 325 N. Michigan St., McMaster Center. The RSVP does not guarantee a seat; the event will still be first-come, first-served. Guests may start lining up for the event at 5:30 p.m., and some overflow seating will be available.
