CHL chooses Cooper as its official tire

FINDLAY — As part of its brand expansion into Canada, Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has become the “official tire of the Canadian Hockey League.”

The CHL is world’s largest development hockey league with 52 Canadian and eight American teams. More than 9 million fans attended CHL games last season.

“Our brand’s expansion into Canada has been well received and we’re thrilled to continue the momentum, capitalizing on the energy and passion of the CHL,” said Hal Gardner, a Cooper Tire vice president.
