BOWLING GREEN -- Bowling Green State University linebacker Paul Senn was named Mid-American Conference East Division special teams player of the week, the league announced today.
Senn blocked a punt and returned it for a touchdown in the Falcons' 42-10 loss at Indiana on Saturday. The play was No. 1 on ESPN's SportsCenter "Top Ten" plays of the week.
Senn also recovered a fumbled kickoff against the Hoosiers. On defense he was credited with three tackles, and all three were for losses totaling seven yards.
