BOWLING GREEN -- Bowling Green State University forward Bryce Williamson was named Western Collegiate Hockey Association offensive player of the week, the league announced today.

Williamson led all league players with six points last week, including a goal in all three games, as the Falcons won twice and tied in its third game.

The 6-0, 190-pound senior from Seba Beach, Alberta, had three goals and three assists, and also earned a plus-3 plus/minus rating.

Williamson had a goal and an assist in BG's 4-3 win over Ohio State Oct. 15, the Falcons' first win over OSU since 2008.

Williamson scored the lone Falcon goal in a 1-1 overtime tie against Colgate Friday, then had another goal and two more assists on Saturday in Bowling Green’s 7-0 triumph over the Red Raiders.
