BGSU hockey falls to Boston College

PITTSBURGH — Bowling Green gave up three first-period goals to No. 7 Boston College in a 5-0 loss Friday in the first round of the Three Rivers Classic.

The Eagles (11-4-2) got goals from five different scorers as Johnny Gaudreau led BC with a goal and two assists.

BG’s Tommy Burke took the loss in net, making 33 saves. The Falcons (8-9-4) will play Penn State at 4:35 p.m. today.
