BGSU's Donovan wins MAC East Division player of the week honors.

BOWLING GREEN -- Bowling Green State University women's basketball player Erica Donovan was named Mid-American Conference East Division player of the week.

Donovan had a double-double in the Falcons' lone game last week, an 81-66 win over Saint Francis (Pa.) on Sunday. She scored a career-high 22 points and added 10 rebounds for her second career double-double.

Donovan also had three assists and a steal in 28 minutes of action vs. the Red Flash as BG improved to 10-2 this season.

On the season, Donovan is averaging a team-best 12.6 points per game, and she also has 6.1 rebounds per contest to rank third on the team.
