Shots fired outside Franklin Park Mall
3/8/2014Shots were reportedly fired outside Franklin Park Mall today as a guard chased at least two people, authorities said.
The foot chase occurred about 9 p.m. Toledo police crews responding to the scene were told that the suspects were running behind Old Navy toward Kohl's.
Police are investigating.
