Central’s Miles commits to UT; Rocket basketball assistant coach Jason Kemp goes to OU

Central Catholic junior offensive lineman Ramon Miles has committed to Toledo.

Miles, who becomes the third member of Toledo’s 2015 class, reportedly holds offers from Bowling Green and Akron.

Miles (6-foot-5, 270 pounds) was tabbed Division III third-team All-Ohio last fall.

College basketball

University of Toledo basketball assistant coach Jason Kemp has accepted a similar position at Ohio University.

Kemp reunites with new Ohio coach Saul Phillips whom Kemp worked under for six seasons at North Dakota State.

Kemp spent eight seasons overall at NDSU before leaving last offseason for Toledo.
