ANN ARBOR — Michigan has added a second preferred walk-on in as many weeks.

Kicker Adam Culp, from Ithaca High School in central Michigan, made the announcement on Twitter. He joins New Jersey wide receiver Michael Geraci, who revealed his plans last week.

Culp will join Quinn Nordin and Ryan Tice as the team’s placekickers. He also played wide receiver at Ithaca, recording 567 yards and 12 touchdowns in 2017.

Geraci, from prestigious Don Bosco Prep, is 6-foot-2, 180 pounds.

“Ever since the 4th grade I have dreamed of playing college football,” Geraci wrote on Twitter. “After years of hard work and endless support from the amazing people in my life, I am extremely proud, honored and grateful to announce that I will be fulfilling my dream by playing college football at the University of Michigan.”
