Monroe County fashion show to support family court volunteers

LaSALLE — Court-Appointed Special Advocates of Monroe County will hold its 12th annual fashion show fund-raiser from 6 to 9 p.m. Oct. 16 at LaRoy’s Hall, 12375 S. Telegraph Rd., LaSalle.

It will feature fashions by Sofi Stella Boutique of Monroe and includes dinner, the show, door prizes, and a silent auction to benefit the CASA program, in which volunteers represent children’s interests in the family court system. The children are in foster care because of abuse or neglect.

The fashion show will feature CASA supporters and their daughters as models. To buy the $50 tickets, call CASA Director Nancy Thompson at 734-241-8182.
