BOWLING GREEN — More than two years after a fatal drunken-driving crash, the motorcyclist who caused the accident pleaded guilty Monday in Wood County Common Pleas Court.

Jeremy Albrecht, 34, of Findlay, entered guilty pleas to one count of aggravated vehicular homicide and a misdemeanor charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. Wood County Common Pleas Judge Reeve Kelsey scheduled sentencing for Dec. 16.

Albrecht was riding a motorcycle west on State Rt. 18 just east of Bairdstown June 18, 2011, when he failed to stop for a stop sign at Leathers Road, drove through a three-way intersection, and his motorcycle overturned in a field, injuring him and killing passenger, Angela A. Cook, 32, of Bloomdale.
