Richard L. Clark, Jr., was arraigned today on five counts related to the shooting deaths of two people at the Carey Conservation Sportsman Association.

Earlier this month Mr. Clark, 65, of rural Tiffin allegedly shot Roger Fredritz, 49, of rural Carey and Cynthia Hawkinberry, also 49, of rural Tiffin at the club.

He pleaded not guilty in Wyandot County Court of Common Pleas on three counts of aggravated murder, a kidnapping count, and a felonious assault count. Officials at the prosecutor's office were unavailable to explain the additional aggravated murder charge.
