FINDLAY -- Arraignments for two Findlay men charged in the drive-by shooting of Joe Gutierrez, III earlier this month will be held Monday in Henry County Common Pleas Court.

Ralph G. Harris, III, 20, and Montre Robinson, 20, are each being held in the Hancock County Justice Center in lieu of $1 million bond. They are each charged with murder.

Mr. Gutierrez, 34, was shot at the intersection of East Foulke Avenue and Crystal Avenue around 1:15 a.m. Nov. 8. He was taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Mr. Harris was indicted last week by a county grand jury on three counts of aggravated possession of drugs and one count of possession of cocaine in an unrelated case. The same panel indicted Mr. Robinson on one count of aggravated possession of drugs. They were arrested Nov. 8 on those charges and were arraigned Tuesday in Findlay Municipal Court.
