A Toledo man on probation for lying to police about supplying a gun that was used in a homicide pleaded guilty Monday to carrying a concealed weapon.

Tyler Macrae, 22, of 522 Walsh St., is to be sentenced Dec. 30 by Lucas County Common Pleas Judge Gene Zmuda. Macrae was arrested Oct. 20 after Toledo police stopped his car for a traffic violation, and Macrae admitted having a small amount of marijuana and a loaded 9mm pistol in his vehicle.

Macrae was sentenced in 2010 to 90 days in work release and five years of community control after he pleaded no contest to obstructing justice for lying to police about supplying a gun Jonathan Jackson used to shoot Donald Corrigan, 20, to death.
