Kaplan named president of CASA advisory board
1/6/2014The Lucas County Court Appointed Special Advocates has elected Robert Z. Kaplan of Lambertville president of its CRB advisory board.
Mr. Kaplan, who has practiced law in Toledo for nearly 60 years and has served on CASA since 2008, was given the agency’s community advocate award in November.
CASA volunteers work for the Lucas County Juvenile Court to investigate and monitor child-abuse cases. CASA advocates for child victims and helps them find safe, permanent homes.
