Toledo man, 20, given 30 months for shooting
1/31/2014A Toledo man was sentenced Thursday to 30 months in prison for shooting a man in the abdomen.
Maurice Clark, 20, of 1508 Freedom St. was found guilty Jan. 13 of attempted felonious assault for the Nov. 6 shooting of Logan Lecomte, 19, who was shot by Clark after going to an East Toledo home to see the mother of his child.
Lucas County Common Pleas Judge Ruth Ann Franks ordered that Clark serve the prison sentence consecutively to any time he is to serve for violating his parole from a Juvenile Court case.
