A Toledo man who was arrested after trying to elude police by jumping from a second-story window was indicted Wednesday by a Lucas County grand jury.

Kevin Martin, 18, of 3106 Cambridge St. was indicted for possession of cocaine, trafficking in cocaine, and participating in a criminal gang.

A known member of the Manor Boyz, he was arrested in late December after police went to 34 Rockingham St. to investigate a report of someone being in a boarded-up house.

When they found Mr. Martin in an upstairs bedroom, he jumped from the window and was arrested with suspected crack cocaine in his pants pocket, police said.
