WAUSEON — A Fulton County man who stole fund-raising money from a local Cub Scout pack was placed on community control for two years and ordered to pay $1,020 to the Cub Scouts.

Anthony Buonantuono, 27, of Wauseon pleaded guilty before Fulton County Common Pleas Judge James Barber to theft for stealing the money last October. At Buonantuono’s sentencing Thursday, Judge Barber suspended a six-month jail term and ordered him to not possess any Cub Scout funds, to stay out of bars, to consume no alcohol, and continue counseling.
