In one of its twice-a-year, off-site sessions, the Ohio Supreme Court will convene at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the University of Toledo College of Law’s McQuade Law Auditorium.

The seven justices will hear arguments in three cases, including an Erie County case involving the termination and reinstatement of a former Cedar Point executive. The arguments will be carried live online at sc.ohio.gov.

The Ohio Supreme Court was last in Lucas County in 1987 — the first year the court began holding biannual sessions away from Columbus.
