A Toledo man accused of shooting another city resident was arraigned Tuesday in Toledo Municipal Court.

Steven Holcomb, 32, whose address on an affidavit is listed as the Adult Parole Authority office, was ordered to remain in the Lucas County jail in lieu of $100,000 bond on one count of felonious assault.

Police allege the suspect shot Victor Williams, 39, at about 1:20 a.m. March 31 at 3140 Chase St. The victim told police he was at his cousin’s house when his wife showed up with two men. During an argument one of the men got out of a vehicle and fired one shot at the victim, police said.

Holcomb is scheduled to appear in court again Tuesday.
