$1M bond set for man in death of 3-month-old son

BOWLING GREEN — Bond was set at $1 million Tuesday for a 20-year-old man charged in the death of his 3-month-old son, authorities said.

James Henderson of Wayne, Ohio, was arraigned in Bowling Green Municipal Court on a charge of involuntary manslaughter in the Saturday death of Brandon Henderson, Wood County Sheriff Mark Wasylyshyn said.

Mr. Henderson, who was arrested Monday, was ordered held at the Wood County jail in lieu of the bond and pending a preliminary hearing scheduled for today, according to the sheriff’s office.

Sheriff Wasylyshyn said details were being withheld pending the release of the coroner’s report.
