BOWLING GREEN —A Wayne, Ohio, man has been indicted for murder and other charges stemming from the May 17 death of his infant son.
James Henderson, 20, was indicted by a Wood County grand jury this week on charges of murder, felonious assault, and two counts of endangering children.
He is being held in the Wood County jail on $1 million bond after his arrest on May 19 on a charge of involuntary manslaughter for the death of 3-month-old Brandon Henderson, who was born on Jan. 27 at Wood County Hospital.
A spokesman for Dr. Douglas W. Hess, the Wood County coroner, said a ruling on the infant’s cause of death has not been finalized.
