A Toledo man accused of shooting at a car full of people was arraigned today in Toledo Municipal Court.

Rickey Harvey, 22, of 2718 Kendale Dr., is charged with felonious assault, weapons under disability, and improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle. His bond was set at $175,000. He is to remain in the Lucas County jail.

Police allege that Mr. Harvey shot at a car with three people inside on May 12 at Inez Nash Park. One of the victims, Rico Dorsey, identified the suspect in a photo line-up, according to court records. Mr. Dorsey has been shot at numerous times in the last few years. Police said, in one instance, that his younger brother, Ramon Dorsey, was killed because the shooter missed Rico Dorsey. No injuries were reported in the May incident.

Mr. Harvey was charged with new offenses on Saturday -- the weapons-related charges -- when police allege he had a loaded gun in his car which he tossed out of a window when police tried to stop his vehicle.
