Toledoan found guilty 
in holdups of 3 stores

A Toledo man Monday admitted that he robbed three businesses at gunpoint.

Erik Starr, 27, of 516 Hackett Rd. pleaded guilty before Lucas County Common Pleas Judge Dean Mandros to three counts of aggravated robbery, each with firearms specifications that carry a mandatory year in prison.

Starr admitted he held up Dollar General, 3372 Monroe St., on April 29; South Food Mart, 440 South St., on May 6, and Subway, 1528 Broadway, on May 8. He is to be sentenced Sept. 4.
