3rd-graders get visit from Rockets

Winterfield Academy collected most canned food for charity

The third-grade class at Winterfield Venture Academy was awarded a pizza party and visit Monday from members of the University of Toledo football team for collecting 120 cans of food for Nightingales Harvest Food Bank, more than any other class at the school, which brought in a total of 1,069 canned goods.
