The Lucas County Coroner has ruled in the following deaths:

Jason Alexander, 32, of Toledo, Aug. 2, at intersection of Douglas and Ida. Accidental; multiple blunt-force trauma sustained from motorcycle accident.

Andrew Baker, 23, of Toledo, Aug. 12, in the 3500 block of Executive. Suicide; deceased hanged himself.

James Bragg, 21, of Toledo, Sept. 7, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Homicide; gunshot wound to abdomen.

Donald Byczynski, 82, of Sylvania, Aug. 13, at Toledo Hospital. Accidental blunt head trauma; deceased hit by a tractor that rolled off a trailer.

David Corns, Jr., 36, of Toledo, June 25, at home. Accidental; acute combined drug intoxication of heroin and cocaine.

John Costell, Sr., 66, of Toledo, June 16, at University of Toledo Medical Center. Accidental, septic shock; deceased had unwitnessed fall in health-care facility.

William Edmonds, 27, of Sylvania, July 10, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental; combined drug toxicity.

Ursula Ehlen, 54, of Toledo, July 10, at home. Suicide; deceased hanged himself.

Angela Fallon, 39, of Toledo, July 10, at home. Accidental; combined drug intoxication.

Marie Fisher, 92, of Clyde, Ohio, July 27, at University of Toledo Medical Center. Accidental; blunt head trauma; deceased fell at home.

Shaun Flowers, 22, of Toledo, Sept. 25, in the alley of 1200 block of Woodstock. Homicide; multiple gunshot wounds of the chest.

David Hoffman, 75, of Toledo, July 19, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, hyperthermia (heat stroke); deceased in hot ambient temperatures (greater than 90 degrees), no ventilation.

James Hoot, 59, of Toledo, June 8, at home. Accidental, diabetes mellitus; recent heroin use.

Glenda Huffman, 49, of Toledo, July 3, at home. Accidental; probable morphine toxicity.

Michael Jackson, 29, of Toledo, July 14, in 1600 block of West Central. Homicide; multiple gunshot wounds.

Thomas Johnson, 82, of Toledo, Sept. 1, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental, hypertensive cardiovascular disease; deceased was in auto accident.

Kelsey Koepfler, 14, of Lambertville, Sept. 21, at Toledo Hospital. Accidental; craniocerebral and cervical spine injuries sustained from being struck by vehicle.

Matthew Melman, 44, of Toledo, Oct. 3, at home. Suicide; self-inflicted gunshot wound of the chest.

Linda Moore, 48, of Des Moines, Iowa, June 20, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Accidental; multiple blunt-force injuries sustained from auto accident.
