“Pit bull” mix, orange and white male, licensed, bite history, surrendered by Doris Hawkins, Fifth Street, Toledo.

German shepherd mix, black female, unlicensed, veterinarian recommended euthanasia/quality of life (dog had bilateral hip dysplasia, pain, progressive condition with poor prognosis), Chase Street, Toledo, running at large.

Dogs transferred Jan. 28 to the Toledo Area Humane Society under the direction of Lucas County Canine Care & Control Director Julie Lyle:
